Take your first step into the smart home with the evasis security kit!

Key features

  • Ready-made scenarios for motion and shaking: when it detects a risk, the alarm goes off.
  • Outdoor warnings flag motion on a balcony or in the garden before anyone gets inside.
  • When it detects shaking, a short siren wakes you and every light turns white so you can get to safety.
  • When you arm the alarm, a smart plug switches off anything you left on.
  • Notifies your phone while you’re out, so home stays off your mind.
  • Shows indoor and outdoor temperature in the app.
  • Has 4 USB ports.
  • No monthly fee.

Control unit (evasis)

  • evasis control unit
  • evasis mobile app

The brains of the kit. It talks to the Hue Bridge and your other smart home devices and turns them into a security system. When it detects a risk, it runs predefined scenarios. We started building evasis in 2015.

App and connectivity

  • evasis iOS app (App Store)
  • Access from anywhere; no VPN needed, end-to-end encrypted
  • Pair several phones; a phone at home approves new ones
  • Notifications for intrusions, shaking and outdoor warnings
  • No monthly fee

Motion sensor

  • motion sensor in a hallway
  • motion sensor on a balcony
  • motion sensor on a surface

When protection is armed and a sensor picks up motion, evasis responds. Indoor and outdoor sensors do different jobs.

Outdoors (on a balcony, say), motion is a warning: the nearest room lights up for 60 seconds, a short siren sounds and your phone gets a notification. The alarm stays armed.

Indoors, motion is an intrusion: every light flashes, the siren sounds and your phone gets a notification.

You can also use the sensor to turn lights on with motion. A hallway sensor, for example, turns on the hallway light and switches it off after a time you set.
